Sales Associate

Sales Associate/Advisor for COS in Chicago, IL part-time (10-20 hours/week). Greet customers and embody brand heart by delivering high-level service across the shop floor, including assisting at the cash desk, fitting rooms, processing deliveries, replenishing stock, and merchandising garments. Create welcoming experiences, guide customers through their journey, and collaborate with the team to uplift and inspire. Requires strong communication, adaptability, eagerness to learn, and a genuine passion for the brand; previous retail experience and fabric familiarity are nice-to-have but not mandatory.
