Deliver world-class service and consultative selling to help customers bring home design dreams to life. Engage actively with shoppers, listen to their needs, and build relationships through client follow-up. Apply strong product knowledge to guide selections while collaborating with the team on high-energy retail schedules. Utilize digital tools and point-of-sale systems to manage transactions and maintain organized records. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays while demonstrating adaptability to the showroom environment.
Required Qualifications
- Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob's
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the showroom
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Previous retail or commission-based sales experience
- Bilingual communication skills

- Experience with customer relationship management tools or systems
