Job Summary
Retail Guest Experience Sales Specialist at Bob’s Discount Furniture. Drive customer engagement and product knowledge to help customers realize home-design goals, delivering world-class service in a high-energy showroom. Responsibilities include customer engagement and active listening, relationship-building, consultative selling, product knowledge application, teamwork and communication, and adaptability to retail schedules. Preferred: experience in retail or commission-based sales, bilingual capabilities, and familiarity with CRM tools or systems. Must be at least 18, able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation includes hourly pay with commission opportunities; base pay listed as $15.00/hour with potential commission. Required Qualifications
