Job Summary
Conduct consultative selling and active listening to help customers bring home design dreams to life while delivering world-class service in a low-pressure environment. Manage client follow-ups, apply product knowledge, and utilize digital tools and point-of-sale systems to close transactions. Collaborate with the team to solve problems, maintain strong relationships, and meet sales goals within a high-energy retail setting. Requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
