Job Summary
Deliver world-class service and consultative selling to help customers bring home design dreams to life. Build relationships through active listening, client follow-up, and product knowledge application while collaborating with the team in a high-energy retail environment. Manage customer engagement using digital tools and point-of-sale systems to drive sales in a low-pressure, gimmick-free atmosphere. Work flexible retail schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the showroom
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed

- Previous retail or commission-based sales experience
