Job Summary
Conduct consultative sales and active listening to help customers bring home design dreams to life while delivering service in a low-pressure atmosphere. Manage client follow-ups, apply product knowledge, and utilize digital tools and point-of-sale systems to close transactions. Collaborate with the team to solve problems and meet goals within a high-energy retail environment. Requires flexibility for weekends, holidays, and long periods on your feet.
Required Qualifications
- Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob's
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the showroom
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Previous retail or commission-based sales experience
- Bilingual communication skills
- Passion for home design and interior décor
- Experience with customer relationship management tools or systems
