Job Summary
Deliver world-class service and consultative selling to help customers bring home design dreams to life while maintaining a low-pressure, gimmick-free atmosphere. Engage actively with shoppers, build relationships through client follow-up, and apply deep product knowledge to guide selections. Utilize digital tools and point-of-sale systems to manage transactions and maintain strong organizational skills for a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. As a driving force behind Bob's Discount Furniture's expansion, this role supports the company's mission to make quality furniture attainable for everyone.
Required Qualifications
- Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob's
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the showroom
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed
