Job Summary
Sales Associate at Goodwill NCW in Grand Chute/Appleton, WI. Responsibilities include customer service, cash handling and POS operation, educating customers on the Round Up and Good Points programs, answering calls, merchandising and restocking, assisting customers in locating items, maintaining a clean and organized backroom/warehouse environment, and supporting opening/closing checklists. Requires strong time management, communication, attention to detail, basic math, computer familiarity, reliable transportation, and availability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to work through multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints.

- Ability to operate a cash register and accurately count money.
- Basic math skills required.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with computers or a willingness and ability to learn.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends, with regular and timely attendance in accordance with the assigned work schedule.
