Job Summary
Greet customers, chat with regulars, and provide assistance to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience. Ring up purchases accurately and efficiently while operating the register. Arrange and refresh merchandise to create an inviting, organized sales floor, and attend to fitting rooms to support confident purchasing decisions. Maintain a cheerful, professional demeanor and set a friendly, supportive atmosphere for both customers and co-workers. This role requires basic math and literacy skills, flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to exert up to 50 lbs of force occasionally.
