Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Goodwill Central Texas, you will greet customers, ring up purchases, keep the sales floor clean and stocked, answer questions, assist donors at donation drop-offs, maintain fitting rooms and store appearance, follow safety procedures, promote the mission at checkout by requesting donations, and jump in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly. You should bring a great attitude and passion for customer service, strong communication and active listening skills, flexibility to work weekends and holidays, the ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment (lift up to 35 lbs), and proficiency with using a register. Retail experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is valued and encouraged.
