Job Summary
Greet every customer and donor with a warm smile, ensuring awareness of the Elizabeth Clark Fund and Goodwill Club membership. Assist shoppers with purchases by operating the cash register and point of sale system accurately, while counting back change and completing reports on donation counts, daily business statements, and cash drawer balances. Select and price donated goods to meet quality control standards, maintain a clean store environment, and answer phone inquiries with friendliness. This role requires a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to operate a cash register including basic math, computer, and typing skills
- Ability to operate a cash register and count back change
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
