Meet membership sales goals and successfully achieve performance-based targets including membership conversion, booking efficiency, and gift card sales. Maintain detailed knowledge of the service menu to educate clients on specific offerings while providing an excellent customer experience through phone calls, appointment setting, and greeting clients. Passionately promote sales, promotions, and events, and uphold spa cleanliness standards. Perform various other duties as assigned. The role includes a varied schedule with weekend, daytime, evening, and holiday shifts, offering uncapped commission on membership sales.
