Job Summary
Welcome customers with a warm greeting, provide assistance with product styles and features, and proactively resolve issues while balancing multiple shoppers in a busy retail environment. Assist with omnichannel transactions to ensure a positive shopping experience, execute point of sale/register transactions, and complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed. Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers while minimizing store loss through exceptional service and maintaining a safe, clean store. This role requires lifting 40 pounds, standing or walking for extended periods, and availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation ranges from $17.60 per hour based on experience and location.
Required Qualifications
- Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Climb up and down a ladder
- Availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
