Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate for Carter’s, you are the first face of the brand for growing families. You greet customers, help them understand product styles and benefits, and proactively resolve issues in a busy retail environment. You will assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience, execute and expedite POS transactions, complete floor replenishment and shipments, articulate current promotions and the loyalty program, and maintain a safe, clean store while minimizing losses. The role requires a positive, customer-service oriented mindset, strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and flexibility to work diverse hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
