Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Carter’s, you’ll be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll welcome customers, explain product styles and benefits, and proactively resolve issues in a busy retail environment. You’ll assist with omnichannel experiences as needed, execute POS transactions, complete floor replenishment, and communicate current promotions and the loyalty program (including credit). You’ll help minimize store loss through strong customer service, maintain a safe and clean store, and demonstrate a positive, solutions-oriented mindset with effective verbal and written communication. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and provide availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
