Job Summary
Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits. Confidently resolve issues for customers and balance multiple customers in a busy retail environment. Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience. Execute and expedite point of sale transactions, complete floor replenishment and shipment, and articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit. Maintain a safe, clean store and minimize loss through exceptional service. The role requires a positive mindset, strong communication, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and flexibility to work with required schedules. Located in Bend, OR at Carter’s store; in-store responsibilities and hours may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills
- Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Lift 40 pounds as needed
- Stand or walk for extended periods of time
