Job Summary
Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits. Confidently resolve customer issues, balance multiple shoppers in a busy environment, and assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience. Execute point-of-sale transactions, complete floor replenishment and shipments, and articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program. Minimize store loss by maintaining a safe, clean environment. This role requires availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical demands including lifting 40 pounds and standing for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Stand or walk for extended periods of time

- Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
