Job Summary
Sales Associate at Carter’s store: welcome customers, assist with product styles and benefits, resolve issues, support omnichannel shopping, process POS transactions, restock floors, and handle shipments. Communicate current promotions and loyalty programs, including credit. Maintain store safety and cleanliness while delivering strong customer service and engagement in a fast-paced retail environment. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and be available for days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Required Qualifications
- Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits
- Confidently resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment
- Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed
- Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions
- Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed
- Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit
- Maintain a safe, clean store and minimize store loss
