Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Carter’s in Tsawwassen, BC, you’ll be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll welcome customers and help them with our product styles, features, and benefits; confidently resolve issues in a busy retail environment; assist with omnichannel shopping as needed; execute and expedite point of sale transactions; complete floor replenishment and shipments; articulate current promotions and the brand loyalty program; and maintain a safe, clean store while minimizing loss. The role requires a positive, solutions-oriented mindset, strong customer service and engagement skills, effective verbal and written communication, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and the physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds with availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
