Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Carter’s, you’ll be the first face of the brand for growing families, greeting customers, and helping them explore baby essentials and school-ready products. You’ll confidently resolve customer issues, assist with omnichannel needs, and execute point-of-sale transactions while maintaining stock replenishment and a clean, safe store. Promote current promotions and the brand loyalty program, minimize losses through excellent service, and communicate product features and benefits. You’ll need strong customer-service and engagement skills, professional communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy retail environment. You may be asked to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work a schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
