Confidently resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment while balancing multiple customers. Assist with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience. Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions. Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed. Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers. Maintain store safety and cleanliness while minimizing loss. Leverage the Advance You Program for GED or degree tuition-free options and develop skills for growth within Carter’s.
