Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits. Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment and balance multiple customers. Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience. Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions. Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed. Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers. Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store. Qualities: positive mindset; demonstrated customer service and engagement skills; effective verbal and written communication; ability to manage multiple tasks. Physical: ability to lift 40 pounds as needed; stand for extended periods; may require availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
