Job Summary
Welcome customers with a warm greeting, assist with product styles and features, and resolve issues proactively in a busy retail environment. Execute point of sale transactions, complete floor replenishment, and articulate promotional events and the brand loyalty program to ensure a positive shopping experience. Minimize store loss by maintaining a safe, clean environment while managing multiple tasks and omnichannel needs. This role requires availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical demands including lifting 40 pounds and standing for extended periods. As the first face of Carter's for growing families, you will connect with new parents and grandparents across our baby and children's apparel brands.
Required Qualifications
- Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Climb up and down a ladder
- Availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
