Job Summary
As a Sales Associate at Carter’s, you’ll be the first face of the brand for growing families, welcoming customers and helping them with product styles, features, and benefits. You’ll confidently resolve issues in a busy retail environment, assist with omnichannel as needed, and execute point of sale transactions. You’ll complete floor replenishment and merchandise shipments, articulate current promotions and the loyalty program (including credit), and help minimize store loss while maintaining a safe, clean store. The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset. Availability may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled; stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds as needed. Carter’s is an Equal Opportunity employer.
