Job Summary
Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist them with Carter’s baby and children’s apparel, conveying product features and benefits. Resolve customer issues confidently in a busy retail setting, balance multiple customers, and guide omnichannel experiences as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience. Execute and expedite point of sale transactions, complete floor replenishment and shipments, articulate current promotions and the brand loyalty program (including credit), and help minimize store loss through exceptional service and a clean, safe environment. You’ll join a welcoming, inclusive team and have opportunities for growth and development through Carter’s development programs and tuition assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service and engagement skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy retail environment
