Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits. Confidently and proactively resolve customer issues in a busy retail environment while balancing multiple customers. Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel experiences as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience. Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions and complete floor replenishment and shipments. Articulate current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit. Minimize store loss by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store. Demonstrate a positive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong communication and multitasking abilities. You should be able to lift 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
