Job Summary
As a Sales Associate for Carter’s in Denham Springs, LA, you’ll be the first face of the brand for families. Welcome customers and provide help with product styles, features, and benefits; confidently resolve issues in a busy retail environment; assist customers with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience; execute and expedite POS/register transactions; complete floor replenishment and shipment; communicate current promotions and the brand loyalty program; contribute to loss prevention and maintain a safe, clean store. Emphasizing customer service, engagement, and teamwork, you’ll handle multiple tasks and adapt to the store’s needs while supporting the Carter’s culture of care, flexibility, and growth.
