As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the first face of Carter’s, welcoming customers and guiding them through product styles and benefits, confidently resolving issues in a busy retail environment, and balancing multiple customers. You’ll execute omnichannel support as needed, complete POS transactions, manage floor replenishment and shipments, articulate current promotions and the loyalty program, minimize loss through strong customer service and store upkeep, and contribute to a positive shopping experience with effective communication. Key qualities include a positive, solutions-oriented mindset, customer engagement skills, professional verbal and written communication, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic retail setting. Responsibilities may require lifting up to 40 pounds and being on your feet for extended periods, with availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
