Sales Associate

Sales Associate responsible for greeting customers, explaining product styles and benefits, confidently resolving issues, assisting with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience, executing POS transactions, completing floor replenishment and shipments, articulating current promotions and loyalty programs (including credit), and maintaining a safe, clean store while providing exceptional customer service in a busy retail environment. The role requires a positive, solutions-oriented mindset, strong communication, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
