Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment while balancing multiple customers. Meet needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience. Execute and expedite point of sale transactions. Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed. Articulate current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers. Minimize store loss by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store. Demonstrate a positive, solutions-oriented mindset and strong communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and stand for extended periods. Availability may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
