Job Summary
Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits. Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment, balancing multiple customers. Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience. Execute and expedite point of sale transactions and complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed. Articulate current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers. Minimize store loss by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a safe, clean store. Qualities we’d love: a positive, solutions-oriented mindset; customer service and engagement skills; effective verbal and written communication; ability to manage multiple tasks; willingness to lift 40 pounds; ability to stand/walk for extended periods; flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
