Job Summary
As a Sales Associate, welcome customers and assist with product styles, features, and benefits; confidently resolve issues in a busy retail environment; support omnichannel shopping experiences and execute point-of-sale transactions; complete floor replenishment and shipments; explain promotions and the loyalty program, including credit; help minimize store loss with strong customer service and a clean, safe environment; demonstrate a positive, solutions-oriented mindset with effective communication and multitasking skills; you may need to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
