Job Summary
Deliver Customer Service Excellence while building a loyal customer base and driving commercial success. Manage CRM data gathering and quality, support transaction, complaint, and return handling, and contribute to location performance targets and individual KPIs. Execute loss prevention and stock management operations, utilizing business systems and ensuring policies are followed. Participate in regular trainings to continuously develop skills.
