Job Summary
Greet customers, answer phones, and process sales while facilitating transactions through positive interactions and product knowledge. Learn about artists and their works to share relevant information, then follow up with clients as needed. Manage paperwork and digital files for inventory checks and shipping, while organizing sales and inventory systems. Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting shelves, vacuuming floors, and polishing jewelry and woodwork, and display merchandise attractively. Wrap fragile items and keep gallery traffic flowing as primary support for the Store Manager and Sales Associates. Work four days a week in a combination role with shifts as both a Sales Associate and Gallery Assistant.
