Job Summary
Sales Associate responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience and promoting the Retail Excellence Program within Versace Chicago Outlet. Responsibilities include meeting and exceeding sales targets and client data capture KPIs, developing genuine client relationships, maintaining post-sale client relationships, processing consignments, returns and exchanges, communicating effectively with clients and staff, supporting business-driving initiatives and events, and advising clients on the best fit of pieces. Minimum of two years’ retail experience required; luxury retail experience preferred; strong computer and communication skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high energy, entrepreneurial mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ experience in retail environment
- Luxury retail experience preferred
- Proficiency with retail point of sale (POS) systems
- Computer skills including Word, Excel and email
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Positive, outgoing, high-energy, sales-focused personality
