Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly while providing personalized product recommendations and processing transactions. Maintain visually appealing selling areas through daily recovery, stock replenishment, and adherence to merchandise presentation standards. Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns with professionalism, and apply suggestive selling techniques to drive sales and meet store objectives. Demonstrate ownership by supporting store operations, including pricing, promotional sets, and asset protection procedures. Follow safety guidelines and security protocols to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize risk. Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical requirements to move around all store areas and lift up to 40 lbs.
