Sales Associate - Full Time

Sales Associate role focused on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. Responsibilities include engaging with customers to advise on products, processing freight and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, signage, supporting digital operations, and fulfilling in-store and curbside pickup/delivery services. The role requires knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer, familiarity with promotions and loyalty programs, adherence to alcohol sales laws, and maintaining store safety and cleanliness. Internally called Service Team Member, with potential merchandising and cross-functional duties as needed. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; must be 21+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Training is provided across product knowledge and store operations.
