Job Summary
Greet customers, complete point of sales, and manage the donation drop-off area at the Berry Good Buys resale store. Move product from the donation area into the store, price and organize donations for sale, and ensure smooth operations from the shopping experience to receiving donations. Maintain supreme customer service during all interactions with customers, clients, and donors. This Full-Time Store Associate role supports The Archway's mission to end intimate partner violence in Tarrant County.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1 - 3 years' retail experience
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- honest, trustworthy, and hardworking with a positive and friendly attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- reliable transportation to and from work
- Sensitivity to the issue of domestic violence
- Strong and effective customer service, ensuring that at times of frustration you maintain a calm and helpful demeanor
