Sales Associate - Full Time - Ridgeland

The Sales Associate provides friendly, personalized service to customers, engages in suggestive selling, assists with merchandise selection, processes transactions, and maintains visuals and cleanliness. Responsibilities include driving store objectives, inventory accuracy, pricing and promotional sets, stock replenishment, asset protection, and fulfilling store operations. Requires ability to move around all store areas, lift at least 40 lbs, and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be comfortable with technology (smartphones, tablets, Windows-based systems) and stay informed on products, promotions, and store events. Builds relationships with customers and teammates to promote loyalty and a positive store culture.
