Job Summary
Sales Associate drives store sales by delivering the ALO experience and brand mission; provides product education on features, benefits, fabric, usage, design and care; educates guests about the community and culture; collaborates with leadership to analyze reports, strategize, and meet goals; maintains front and back of house procedures, supports visual merchandising and stock replenishment, and ensures a friendly, easy-to-shop environment while remaining mobile throughout the store.
Required Qualifications
- Preferred 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
- Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
- Aligns with and embodies ALO's Guiding Principles
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team
- Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
