Job Summary
Greet customers and provide a positive shopping experience while assisting them in finding products and delivering product knowledge. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and handle customer complaints professionally. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals by collaborating with team members to achieve store objectives. Perform basic math, use computer and handheld devices, and stand or walk for extended periods. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
