Job Summary
Proactively greet, assist, and direct customers and donors regarding merchandise selection and cashiering. Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions while balancing point of sale systems. Perform floor maintenance, restock merchandise, and maintain a clean work environment. Communicate via standard telephone and wireless audio systems, report potential hazards, and support team members as needed. This role requires lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for long periods.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalency
- Ability to learn new technology and software as related to the job
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Developed fine motor control (grasp, handle, manipulate objects with fingers)
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, squatting

- Ability to travel across a variety of surfaces (stairs, ramps, uneven terrain)
