Job Summary
Engage mall shoppers and execute the full sales process while managing cash, point of sale, and inventory systems. Maintain a CRM list of prospective clients, adhere to merchandising and cleanliness standards, and complete daily kiosk operations including opening and closing. Deliver personalized, unbiased advice on wireless carriers and devices, consistently achieve key business metrics, and participate in documented coaching conversations. Work evenings and weekends during mall hours, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 32-40hr/week availability
- Available to work during mall hours (evenings and weekends) based on operational needs
- Available to work during mall hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift 30-50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extensive periods of time
- Customer-facing experience in retail or hospitality using a point-of-sale system
- Open to feedback and coaching
Desired Qualifications
- Wireless retail experience or commission sales experience is an asset
