Sales Associate - Full Time

Provide excellent customer service and perform daily retail store duties for Goodwill Keystone Area. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, processing cash/credit/debit transactions, organizing and rotating merchandise for an attractive sales floor, supporting visual merchandising and store cleanliness, promoting the organization’s mission, participating in events, ensuring workplace safety, and communicating progress or concerns to the Customer Service Manager. Skills include basic math, cash register operation, English communication, neat appearance, ability to identify clothing sizes, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Education requires no formal degree; role is non-exempt and retail-focused.
