Job Summary
Greet every guest with a smile and genuine excitement while staying on top of the action to assist guests, watch the floor, and never let anyone wait at the register. Build strong connections by showing guests your favorite products, remain proactive with tasks, and learn product knowledge to share with the team. Keep the space clean, stay aware of store projects, and communicate with teammates while maintaining punctuality and a positive attitude. This role requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work at various heights, including floor level, for several hours each day.
