Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly while providing personalized product recommendations and processing transactions. Maintain visually appealing selling areas, merchandise presentations, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment. Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns with professionalism, and support store operations by assisting with fulfillment, pricing, and promotional sets. Demonstrate ownership in achieving personal goals and store objectives while following asset protection procedures and safety guidelines. Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical requirements to move around store areas and lift up to 40 lbs.
