Job Summary
Sales Associate duties include delivering friendly, personalized service, assisting customers with merchandise selection, making product recommendations, processing transactions, and maintaining attractive selling areas. Responsibilities also cover staying informed on products, promotions, policies, and store events; applying suggestive selling; building relationships to foster loyalty; assisting with store fulfillment, pricing, and inventory accuracy; adhering to asset protection and safety guidelines; and contributing to a positive team culture. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, physical ability to move around the store and lift up to 40 lbs, and comfort with technology and Windows-based devices. Workplace is a Belk store in Flowood, MS.
Required Qualifications
