Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly by providing personalized service, making product recommendations, and processing transactions. Maintain visually appealing selling areas through daily recovery, stock replenishment, and adherence to merchandise presentation standards. Demonstrate ownership in achieving personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities while supporting store operations with tasks such as pricing, promotional sets, and asset protection. Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns with professionalism, and leverage training tools to continuously boost product knowledge and selling skills. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays while moving around all store areas and lifting up to 40 lbs. Contribute to a positive store culture by building connections with teammates and celebrating individual and team achievements.
