Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly while demonstrating ownership in achieving personal goals and store objectives. Apply suggestive selling techniques to drive sales, process transactions accurately, and handle inquiries, returns, and concerns with professionalism. Maintain visually appealing merchandise presentations, stock replenishment, and cleanliness standards. Support store operations by assisting with fulfillment, pricing, and promotional sets, while following asset protection and safety protocols. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, lifting and moving up to 40 lbs across all store areas.
Required Qualifications
- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
- Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 16 years old
