Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly while applying suggestive selling techniques to drive sales and meet store objectives. Process transactions accurately, handle inquiries and returns professionally, and maintain visually appealing selling areas through daily recovery and stock replenishment. Demonstrate ownership of personal goals, store priorities, and asset protection procedures including inventory accuracy and safety guidelines. Support store operations with pricing, promotional sets, and product placement as assigned. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical requirements to move, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
- Comfortable with technology, including smart phones, tablet computers and Windows-based operating systems
